The Straightline Performance Polaris RMK, SKS, and Assault 850 Single Pipe Calibration Clutch Kit was developed specifically for riders operating a Straightline Performance Single Pipe exhaust system at elevations from sea level to 3,000 feet.
While the Straightline Performance Single Pipe increases horsepower and improves engine performance, achieving maximum results requires clutch calibration designed specifically for the modified power curve. This clutch kit is engineered to complement the Straightline Single Pipe system and maximize the performance gains it provides.
Note: This clutch kit is designed to work with the Straightline Performance Single Pipe exhaust system. The exhaust system is not included with this kit and must be purchased separately.

At the center of the package is Straightline Performance’s proven fully adjustable weight system. Designed to provide precise RPM control and extensive tuning flexibility, the adjustable weights allow riders to fine-tune clutch calibration while maximizing the performance potential of the Straightline Single Pipe. The result is a sled that accelerates harder, responds quicker, and maintains optimal RPM throughout the operating range.
The kit also includes a custom-designed helix specifically developed for the power characteristics of the Polaris 850 equipped with the Straightline Single Pipe exhaust system. Extensive mountain testing was used to develop a helix profile that improves clutch efficiency, enhances power transfer, and provides quick, aggressive backshift when riding technical terrain and deep powder conditions.
Two custom-calibrated clutch springs complete the package. Carefully matched to the adjustable weights and helix, these springs help maintain proper clutch engagement, improve consistency, and keep the engine operating in its ideal power range.
