The Razor Tip Full Exhaust for the FZ & MT09 let you drop that bulky and heavy muffler assembly and bring the natural throaty sound of the 3-cylinder MT09 power plant to life..  We received a number of requests for the new model systems, so we worked on getting one in the shop as quickly as possible to develop a new system for them. We recently tested the new MT-09 with our system and made 4+whp and 3ft torque. They respond to tuning VERY WELL as you can find from these two amazing reviews.

Constructed of Chemically Certified 6061-T6 & 6063 Aircraft Grade Aluminum and loaded with a 304 stainless steel spiral welded perforated baffle assembly + ISW Packing. The Razor exhaust system from Toce Performance is one of the company's best sellers. The Razor, made right here in Manchester, Connecticut USA, is hand-welded; comprised of all in-house designed and machined CNC components.  Put in place by a precision mandrel bent stainless steel header assembly. Comes with an oxygen sensor relocation kit to put the o2 in an appropriate location, as well as a mounting bracket to mount the canister.

Best exhaust on the market for the MT-09SP

I purchased this exhaust for my 2023 Yamaha MT-09SP and was stuck between a yoshimura and this TOCE system, in the end I purchased the TOCE system and can I say what an amazing product from the sound level to the overall quality of the exhaust system I definitely made the right choice choosing TOCE. However my only complaint so far is the exhaust came with no instructions or hardware to mount the exhaust in its new location but easily solved 1 bolt and nut from the hardware store and 2 hours of figuring out which head pipe went to which cylinder and we were all done. So in short absolutely top tier amazing product but the lack of paper instructions with the product and the extremely un descriptive online instructions leave a lot to be desired.
Secondly not really a valid complaint but no stickers with the exhaust…. lol come on everyone loves stickers

Insane sound, worth every dollar

Very loud and good sounding exhaust.
The "blackout" option looks very good, although not all the hardware was black, there was also a unpainted gap where the two parts join under the middle of the bike. But its so minor that you dont see it unless you know its there.

Perfect exhaust on every level

This thing is totally disgusting. Loud but tolerable bassy idle, absolute screamer under acceleration, and sick shift pops.
The black powder coat looks phenomenal with the bike and the design of the can is unique among all other exhausts.
Most importantly, with a tune from 2wheeldynoworks it manages to pull nearly 13 extra horsepower and 5ft/lbs out of the engine, and it is absolutely just noticeable. It is a fact that no other exhaust sounds or performs as well as this.

Rowdy, clean looking, badass exhaust.

Sounds insane, much louder and rowdier than expected which is a good thing.
Had an Akrapovic on my 23mt09 but wanted to try something new with my 24mt09sp. Very glad that I did, really love the sound and probably the best looking, in my opinion.
Was a super easy install, only complaint is the stickers numbering the header tubes came off in transit so took a bit more time to get them aligned. Not a big deal at all.

I'd do it again

Sounds amazing, installed easy with only one missing nut, and the bike feels great even without a tune. The pops between quickshifts are addicting.
