Precision-engineered and thoughtfully positioned, this system mounts securely within the passenger foot peg mounts and OEM muffler bracket, offering maximum protection and optimal clearance for side luggage options. This strategic positioning also protects the muffler in the event of a fall.

Lightweight Titanium Construction

Crafted from high-grade Titanium, this exhaust system offers exceptional weight reduction, corrosion resistance, and durability compared to stainless steel. Unlike other metals, Titanium naturally resists pitting and oxidation, eliminating the need for constant polishing. After just one heat cycle, the exhaust will develop a stunning, iridescent colouration — a signature look that enhances your bike’s aesthetic appeal.

Performance-Driven Design

The Vandemon Exhaust System eliminates the restrictive catalytic converter and is free from baffle plates or fixed sound suppression devices. The result is a significant boost in low to midrange torque, perfect for technical trails and low-RPM riding where extra pulling power makes all the difference.

To accommodate the elevated muffler placement and prevent heat damage, relocation brackets for the rear indicators are included, repositioning them safely below the muffler.

Signature Vandemon Sound

With a free-flow muffler design, this system produces a deep, aggressive exhaust note that is instantly recognisable and distinctly Vandemon. For those who prefer a more subdued sound, a removable baffle is included allowing you to reduce noise levels without sacrificing the system’s outstanding performance.

• The Passenger Foot Pegs are retained with this exhaust system, and the high-mount muffler and inboard exhaust pipes provide extra clearance for saddle bags  
• Aftermarket bash plates, e.g., B&B and other brands, that have less clearance at the exhaust header compared to the OEM bash plate will need to have a small section removed from the aftermarket bash plate to accommodate our front header spring hooks that might interfere.  

Two CNC-machined alloy blinker relocators are provided to move the blinkers away from the high-temperature exhaust gases that exit the muffler. Additionally, a custom O2 sensor wire extension is included, as it is required due to the increased distance of the O2 sensor's position with this exhaust system.
