The entire exhaust system is crafted using Ti1 titanium and precisely welded to achieve tight radii. The headers are pie-cut segments and run down to an all-titanium lightweight resonator that replaces the restrictive and heavy catalytic converter. This resonator is crucial as it stabilises the exhaust pulse and produces a rich, deep exhaust tone. From the resonator, the exhaust exits through a single titanium muffler that comes with a removable baffle. This single muffler option allows the use of the OEM passenger foot pegs, which is not possible with our twin-muffler variant.

Apart from improving acceleration, handling, stopping distance and change of direction, this lightweight system will enhance performance by as much as 12hp when used in addition to a tune or fuel correction device.
