The entire exhaust system is made from Ti1 titanium and expertly welded to achieve tight bends. The headers are designed in a pie shape and connect to a lightweight, all-titanium resonator that replaces the heavy and restrictive catalytic converter. This resonator is essential for stabilising the exhaust pulse and producing a rich, deep exhaust tone. From the resonator, the exhaust flows through a single titanium muffler, which features a removable baffle. This single muffler option allows for the use of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) passenger foot pegs, which is not possible with our dual-muffler variant.

Apart from improving acceleration, handling, stopping distance and change of direction, this lightweight system will enhance performance by as much as 12hp when used in addition to a tune or fuel correction device.
