Designed in response to increasingly stringent global regulations, this exhaust system effectively replaces the OEM catalytic converter and heavy mufflers. With a simple push of a button on your handlebars, switch between two distinct exhaust tones: Quiet or Loud. Enjoy not only improved performance but also significant weight savings.

HOW IT WORKS

The Vandemon exhaust system is engineered with three mufflers and a specialized titanium valve. In Quiet mode, the valve remains closed, directing exhaust gases through the baffled central muffler and exiting via the left-hand muffler, providing a sound profile comparable to the OEM exhaust. In Loud mode, the valve opens, allowing exhaust to flow through the right-hand muffler, minimizing resistance and delivering a deep, powerful tone with maximum performance.

An electric servo, insulated from heat and fully weather-resistant, operates the valve. During tuning, our technicians customize the system primarily for Loud mode. We recommend using Quiet mode in urban areas.

• Material: Ti1 Titanium Mufflers and Link Pipes
• Surface Finish: Natural brushed titanium that resists staining, corrosion, and polishing needs. Titanium also offers excellent resistance to acid and salt, and dissipates heat twice as fast as steel.
• Weight: 6.2 kg (compared to OEM Mufflers and Cat at 12.2 kg)
