The "Conical" High Racing Full Kit for the Triumph Scrambler 900 is entirely handcrafted in Italy, it includes a header and silencer made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with sleeve and end cap in stainless steel. It is available in a satin finish, black Cerakote® or with a black contrast heat shield. The entire system stands out for its lightness, only 3.9 kg (8.6 lbs), -7.7 kg (-17 lbs) from the original system, durability and a deep and distinctive sound that captures the true Scrambler spirit.

The high-impact visual design enhances the classic lines of the bike. Available in Euro 2 homologated or racing versions.

NOTE: the heat shield comes with both black and silver mesh inserts.

I installed the ZARD Carburetor "Conical" Full Kit High Exhaust on my 2006 Triumph Scrambler 900, and I couldn’t be happier with the upgrade. This exhaust system absolutely nails the vintage scrambler vibe while giving the bike a serious boost in both style and performance.

The high-mount conical design looks incredible—rugged and retro, with just the right amount of attitude. It hugs the lines of the bike perfectly and gives it that true desert sled look. The build quality is outstanding, with solid welds, premium materials, and a finish that still looks great after some muddy trail runs.

Sound-wise, this exhaust is everything I hoped for. It delivers a deep, classic rumble at idle and a bold, raspy tone under acceleration. Not obnoxious—just right. It really brings out the raw, mechanical character of the carbureted 900 twin.

After a proper rejet, the bike pulls stronger in the mid-range and throttle response is noticeably improved. The weight savings over the stock system are also very welcome, especially when riding off-road or navigating tight turns.

Installation was straightforward for anyone comfortable working with older bikes. Everything fit nicely, and ZARD includes all the essentials to get the job done.
