The central header decat for Royal Enfield® Guerrilla 450, is entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy with AISI 304 stainless steel. The decat offers an improvement in performance (+0,9 hpcompared to the OEM header) and weight (-2,8 kg less than the OEM header), significantly lowers temperatures and makes the sound fuller. Great for off-road use, it increases ground clearance in the central part of the bike.

Warning: By installing the Zard header decat, the motorcycle's electronics in E5 Plus configuration might detect a catalyst anomaly due to anti-pollution regulations, causing the cat warning light (informative) to turn on without altering the motorcycle's performance in any way. To avoid the activation of this warning light, it is necessary to remap the ECU.

Note: The central header decat is not compatible with the center stand.

For maximum performance across the entire power curve, starting from low revs, Zard recommends purchasing the complete kit (Front header decat, central header decat and slip-on). This product is compatible with both OEM slip-on and headers systems and Zard slip-on and headers decat, offering great versatility.

Boosts Power and Sound – Essential Upgrade for the Guerrilla 450

I recently installed the ZARD Central Header Decat on my 2024 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450, and the difference is night and day. The installation was straightforward, with perfect fitment and no modifications needed. The build quality is exceptional — the header feels solid and well-crafted, with attention to detail in the welds and finish.

Performance-wise, the bike feels much livelier. The throttle response is sharper, and there’s a noticeable increase in mid-range power. The engine now breathes more freely, and you can feel the extra boost, especially when accelerating out of corners or at higher speeds. It feels like the Guerrilla 450 is finally unlocking its full potential.

As for the sound, the change is remarkable. The decat removes the restriction from the stock header, and it gives the bike a deeper, throatier growl that really enhances the riding experience. It’s not too loud, just the right amount of aggression to make the ride exciting without being overwhelming.

If you own a Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 and are looking to increase both power and sound, the ZARD Central Header Decat is an essential upgrade. It’s one of the best modifications I’ve made to my bike, and I highly recommend it.
