The Zard silencers for the Royal Enfield® Interceptor 650 are entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy using top-quality materials. The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the sleeve and end cap are made of stainless steel to ensure strength, durability, and long-lasting performance. Supplied as standard in a mirror-polished finish.

The exhaust, available in both racing and Euro 5 homologated versions, provides a noticeable improvement in performance and a significant weight saving of -5.8 kg compared to the stock silencer, delivering a more engaging and deeper sound along with smoother power delivery across the entire rev range.

A Brilliant Upgrade for My Interceptor 650

I recently installed the ZARD Slip-Ons on my 2022 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, and I’m beyond impressed with the results. The quality of the exhaust is outstanding. The build feels solid and premium, with a beautifully finished stainless steel body that adds a modern touch to the classic look of the Interceptor.

The sound is absolutely fantastic — the stock exhaust was fine, but this upgrade takes the Interceptor’s voice to the next level. The deep, throaty rumble at idle gives the bike a much more robust presence. As you accelerate, it opens up into a powerful roar that’s smooth and aggressive without being too loud or intrusive. It’s just the right balance of tone and volume.

In terms of performance, the bike feels noticeably more responsive. The throttle response is quicker, and I can feel the bike pulling harder in the mid-range. The overall ride feels smoother and more engaging, making every twist of the throttle that much more enjoyable.

Installation was incredibly easy. The slip-ons fit perfectly, and the whole process took less than an hour. No need for ECU remapping, and everything lined up seamlessly.
