The racing full kit for the Triumph Bonneville T120, entirely handmade in Italy, includes headers and a silencer made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The system delivers increased power and a significant weight reduction of -9.9 kg (-21.8 lbs) compared to the original exhaust, improving throttle response and handling.

Available in satin, Cerakote® black, or mirror-polished finishes, the kit features a low-mounted layout that perfectly matches the frame and proportions of the T120. The sound is deeper and fuller, enhancing the character of the British twin-cylinder.

NOTE: This exhaust removes the original catalytic converter.

NOTE: The exhaust can be mounted in a rearward position by purchasing the 'REAR EXHAUST CONVERSION KIT' available as an optional accessory.

Compatibility: BONNEVILLE T100 (17–23) and T120 (16–23)

I recently installed the ZARD Full Kit Racing Exhaust on my 2021 Triumph Bonneville T120, and it’s been a total game changer. From sound to performance to aesthetics, this exhaust delivers on every level.

First off, the build quality is outstanding. The materials are lightweight and durable, the welds are flawless, and the overall design complements the T120’s classic lines with a subtle racing edge. It looks like it belongs on the bike—sleek, purposeful, and premium.

The sound is phenomenal. With the stock exhaust, the T120 was a little too polite. With the ZARD racing system, it now has a deep, throaty growl at idle and a bold, clean roar under throttle. It’s aggressive without being obnoxious—exactly the kind of tone a 1200 twin deserves.

Performance-wise, the improvement was immediately noticeable. Throttle response is sharper, acceleration is smoother, and it pulls harder through the midrange. After pairing it with a proper ECU remap, the bike feels significantly more alive and responsive.

Installation was straightforward and everything fit perfectly—no modifications needed. ZARD clearly puts serious attention into both engineering and finish.
