The "Conical" Slip-On by Zard for the Moto Guzzi Norge, designed and handcrafted in Italy, is the result of extensive technical and aesthetic research. Made entirely of stainless steel, it is available with a stainless steel or carbon fiber end cap, in a satin or black finish to match the style of the motorcycle.

Available in both racing and Euro 3 approved versions, this muffler enhances the sporty elegance of the Norge, featuring clean lines and high-quality artisanal craftsmanship. Installation is simple and requires no structural modifications, making it fully compatible with the original system.

The exhaust weighs 3.1 kg (6.8 lbs), with a weight saving of -3.9 kg (-8.6 lbs) compared to the original muffler. In addition to the reduced weight, it provides a performance increase of up to +3 HP, improving throttle response and power delivery at mid-to-low RPM.

A Beautiful, Powerful Upgrade for the Norge

I recently installed the ZARD "Conical" Slip-On exhaust on my 2008 Moto Guzzi Norge, and it has completely transformed the bike. The fitment was perfect, and installation was straightforward, taking only about 30 minutes. The exhaust itself is beautifully crafted, with a sleek, polished finish and the unique conical design that really enhances the bike’s overall aesthetic.

The sound is where this exhaust really excels. The stock exhaust was fine, but the ZARD "Conical" brings out the true character of the Norge. At idle, the bike has a rich, throaty rumble, and as you rev the engine, it opens up into a powerful, deep growl that makes the ride so much more enjoyable. It’s louder than the stock exhaust, but the tone is refined and smooth, not overwhelming. It gives the Norge an authoritative presence on the road.

In terms of performance, I immediately noticed a difference. The throttle response is much sharper, and the bike feels more responsive and lively, especially in the mid-range. It feels like the engine is breathing more easily, with smoother power delivery and an overall more engaging ride.
