The new slip-on for the Moto Guzzi Stelvio is entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy, made from titanium with carbon fiber heat shield and end cap. It is available in both Euro 5+ homologated and racing versions, with the option to be mounted at two different angles. Additionally, it is fully compatible with OEM side cases.

In addition to the signature Zard sound, the exhaust is notable for its lightness— reducing weight by 1.4 kg for the racing version and 1.3 kg for the homologated version (compared to the OEM exhaust system). It also, enhances performance, providing a +1.6 hp boost for the racing version and a +0.9 hp increase for the homologated version (compared to the OEM exhaust system).

The exhaust for the Moto Guzzi Stelvio does not require ECU remapping, is easy to install, and is ready to be used right away.

For maximum performance across the entire power curve, starting from low revs, Zard recommends purchasing the complete kit (slip-on and racing header decat).

A Perfect Sound and Performance Boost for the Stelvio

I recently installed the ZARD Slip-On exhaust on my 2024 Moto Guzzi Stelvio, and I’m incredibly impressed. The quality of the exhaust is outstanding — it has a robust, well-crafted feel, and the design complements the Stelvio’s rugged, adventure-ready style perfectly. The fitment was perfect, and installation was quick and straightforward, taking less than an hour.

The sound is what really makes this exhaust stand out. At idle, the bike has a deep, throaty rumble that immediately gives the Stelvio a more commanding presence. When you twist the throttle, the exhaust opens up into a crisp, aggressive growl that makes the ride even more enjoyable.
