The "Slim" Slip-Ons by Zard for the Moto Guzzi V9 Bobber/Roamer are entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy, with great attention to detail, build quality, and performance. The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, featuring a choice of end caps in either stainless steel or bronzed, and silencers available in satin or black finish.

Available in both the racing and Euro 4 homologated versions, they deliver a deep and engaging sound to the V9, emphasizing the bike’s custom and bold style. Installation is plug-&-play and requires no modifications to the original system.

The kit includes two silencers with a total weight of 4.6 kg (10.1 lbs), ensuring a weight saving of −3.8 kg (−8.4 lbs) for a lighter and more responsive riding experience. The exhaust improves torque delivery and provides greater liveliness across all rev ranges.

Perfect Sound and Look for the V9 Bobber

I recently upgraded my 2017 Moto Guzzi V9 Bobber with the ZARD "Slim" Slip-Ons, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. The fitment was spot-on, and the exhaust system is beautifully crafted. The slim design gives the bike a clean, modern look while staying true to its classic character. The finish is top-notch, with a polished, high-quality look that enhances the Bobber's already bold styling.

The sound is the real highlight. At idle, the bike now has a smooth, low rumble, and when you twist the throttle, the exhaust opens up with a deep, throaty growl. It’s definitely louder than stock, but it’s a refined sound — bold and commanding without being too overwhelming. It gives the bike a more powerful presence, which makes every ride feel more exciting.

In terms of performance, I immediately noticed the difference. The throttle response is quicker, and the bike feels livelier, especially in the mid-range. The engine breathes better, and overall, the bike is more agile and fun to ride.
