The “Special” high full kit for the Triumph Scrambler 900, entirely handmade in Italy, consists of a header and silencer made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with both sleeve and end cap in stainless steel. It is available in a satin, Cerakote® black finish, or with a black contrasting heat shield. The kit improves the bike’s performance with a significant power increase, a considerable weight reduction of -6.7 kg (-14.8 lbs), bringing it down to just 4.9 kg (10.8 lbs), and delivers a deep, distinctive sound.

The high-impact design enhances the classic lines of the bike. The product is available in both Euro 3 approved and racing versions.

NOTE: the heat shield comes with both black and silver mesh inserts.

Unleashes the Scrambler’s True Character

I installed the ZARD "Special" Full Kit High Injection exhaust on my 2014 Triumph Scrambler 900, and it has completely transformed the bike. The high-mounted design gives the Scrambler a rugged, custom look that perfectly suits its off-road DNA. The quality is superb — solid construction, clean welds, and a sleek finish that makes it stand out.

The sound is the real highlight. It delivers a deep, throaty rumble at idle and a loud, aggressive growl when you open the throttle. It’s loud, but not obnoxiously so — just the right amount of power to make every ride exhilarating. The exhaust also brings out the engine’s raw, mechanical tone that was missing from the stock system.

Performance-wise, the bike feels noticeably more responsive, especially in the mid-range. The throttle feels sharper, and overall, it seems to breathe much better. I didn’t need to remap the ECU, but pairing it with an air filter certainly gave me the best results.

Installation was smooth and straightforward, with perfect fitment right out of the box.
