As soon as I unpacked the ZARD Twin Full Kit and placed it beside the stock system on my 2020 Triumph Scrambler 1200, I knew I was in for something special. The craftsmanship is genuinely next-level—superbly engineered using AISI 304 stainless steel, with slip-ons and equalized headers that feel both weighty and refined. The mesh-grid end caps seal the deal with an aggressive, race-inspired look.
Performance-wise, the kit sheds approximately 4.2 kg (9.3 lbs), making the entire setup just 6.7 kg (14.8 lbs)—a serious weight cut that transformed how responsive and agile my bike feels, especially when flicking through corners
But there's more: you're not just lightening up—you’re also gaining +2.3 horsepower, and that extra punch in the mid-range is both sneaky and thrilling on twisty tarmac or dirt trails
Installation was impressively seamless—the kit lined up flawlessly with OEM mounting points. Just one heads-up: the full kit is not compatible with E5+/3 sensor configurations, so be sure to double-check your setup before installing
Now, the sound. Oh man. At idle, it’s a deep, throaty growl that's pure character. Crack open the throttle and it turns into a rasping, roaring note—assertive, yet refined. It doesn’t just echo—this exhaust commands attention.
In summary: The ZARD Twin Full Kit isn’t just an upgrade—it’s a complete transformation. A leaner, louder, more powerful system wrapped in Italian design and craftsmanship. If you're aiming to elevate both the performance and presence of your Scrambler 1200, this is the route to take. No regrets whatsoever.
As soon as I bolted the ZARD Twin Full Kit onto my 2019 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC, I could feel the difference—like the bike shook off 10 years of stock lethargy and came alive.
First off, the craftsmanship is exceptional. The kit is entirely made in Italy with AISI 304 stainless steel, and the mesh-grid end caps add a bold, aggressive flair that just fits the Scrambler’s rugged charm. You can choose between a refined satin finish or a matte-black Cerakote®, which not only looks mean but also protects the pipe with a ceramic heat barrier
Performance? Immediately noticeable. The system clocks in at just 6.7 kg—nearly 4.2 kg lighter than the OEM setup—making every lean and flick more agile On the move, the added 2.3 horsepower gives your scrambler a livelier midrange punch that’s especially fun when exiting tight corners or climbing trails.
Then there's the sound. The deep, throaty rumble at idle and the aggressive growl once you crack the throttle give off real character—this isn’t just motion, it’s a statement
Installation was actually straightforward—everything lined up beautifully. Just a heads up: it's not compatible with E5+/E3 sensor configurations, so double-check your bike’s setup before ordering
In summary: the ZARD Twin Full Kit isn’t just an accessory—it’s a transformation. Sleek Italian design, notable weight reduction, subtle power gain, and an unmistakable roar. If you're looking to level up your Scrambler 1200 experience, this is the upgrade—no regrets.
I recently fitted the ZARD Twin Full Kit onto my 2021 Triumph Scrambler 1200—and I can't stop grinning. From the moment I unboxed it, the level of craftsmanship stood out: the stainless-steel pipes feel robust yet refined, and the carbon-fiber end caps elevate the bike’s aesthetic with a bold, race-ready flourish
Once installed, the transformation was palpable. The bike shed nearly 4.2 kg (9.3 lbs) of bulk, making every twist of the throttle feel lighter and more alive The added 2.3 HP gave the scrambler even more urgency in the midrange—and that stood-out ZARD rumble? Deep, throaty, and unmistakably powerful. It commands attention whether you're rolling through gravel or slicing through urban canyons
Installation was a breeze—everything aligned just right, like it was meant to fit from the factory. That said, a heads-up for riders using E5 Plus electronics: you might trigger the catalyst “check” light due to emissions detection. A quick ECU remap sorted that right out, with no loss in performance
Final verdict: the ZARD Twin Full Kit is a serious upgrade—blending Italian flair, sharper handling, richer sound, and reduced weight into one package. My Scrambler 1200 looks, sounds, and rides like it just stepped off the track. Highly recommended.
Installed the ZARD Full Kit Twin Exhaust on my 2020 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC, and I’m blown away by the difference it’s made. From aesthetics to performance, this is a serious upgrade.
The exhaust looks phenomenal—sleek, aggressive, and perfectly suited to the Scrambler’s rugged style. The high-mount twin design maintains the classic scrambler silhouette, but with a more refined, custom-built feel.
The sound is everything I was hoping for—deep and throaty at idle, with a sharp growl when you open it up. It brings out the character of the engine in a way the stock system just can’t. Plus, the reduced weight noticeably improves handling, especially when standing on the pegs off-road.
Installation was smooth with clear instructions and a perfect fit. ZARD really delivered a high-quality system that feels like it was made with real riders in mind.
If you're looking to unlock the full personality of your Scrambler 1200, this exhaust kit is a no-brainer.
