Transforms the Speed Twin — Power, Sound, and Style

I installed the ZARD "Sp" Full Kit on my 2022 Speed Twin 1200, and it’s hands down one of the best upgrades I’ve made. The fit and finish are impeccable — the craftsmanship really shows, with precise welds and a premium feel. The system is noticeably lighter than stock, which improves handling.

The sound is incredible — deep, aggressive, and rich without being overbearing. It gives the triple engine the voice it deserves, whether idling around town or blasting down the highway. Performance-wise, the bike feels more responsive across the rev range, with a sharper throttle and improved mid-range power.

Installation took a bit more time than a slip-on but was straightforward with the right tools. If you want a complete transformation in sound, style, and performance for your Speed Twin, this ZARD full kit is a must-have.
