The OS-Base KTM 790/890 Adventure is a larger, over-the-seat harness designed to mount OS-6, OS-12, or OS-18 Adventure Packs as soft panniers. This lightweight, tough system requires no heavy metal frames and doesn’t require permanent modifications to your bike.

The OS-Base KTM 790/890 Adventure is an over-the-seat harness that lets you easily mount OS-6, OS-12, or OS-18 Adventure Packs as soft panniers, eliminating the need for bulky metal frames. This lightweight, durable system offers a practical carrying solution for KTM 790 and 890 models, with no permanent alterations to the bike’s bodywork.

Its modular design allows you to tailor your luggage setup to suit any type of ride, whether it's a short day trip or a long moto-camping adventure. The included KTM rack loops attach to the bike’s rear rack, providing four additional hook-on points, which, along with the extra loops on the OS-Base, offer multiple mounting configurations. You can even use an OS-Pack as a standalone tail pack.

With set-length straps for fast installation and a design that ensures a secure fit with ample exhaust clearance, the OS-Base mounts in under a minute and can be removed just as quickly.
