The bags are so well built, I can't imagine needing anything else, especially at the prices some of the other companies command. If you aren't into status signaling and would like to spend your hard earned money on steak and beer, rather than logos and marketing, buy these. The mounting plate is a breeze to install, the racks are doable for anybody. Best part is, they look incredible on my KLR650.

Just got back from a 2 week "shake-down" trip for these bags. They worked out really well for many reasons. With the roll-down tops there is a lot of flexibility for the amount of load you need to pack. I strapped my tent roll across the top and the built in webbing system precludes the need for additional straps to secure your load. I loved the outside pockets; I used one for a large Hydroflask (easily accessible), one for my GoPro accessories and small tripod (again, easily accessible), one for my large can of chain lube and some tools and one for 2 - 1.5L bottles of water. In one side case I packed my clothing and anything else I didn't want to risk getting wet in the dry bag liner. I didn't use the liner on the other side because it held my cooking/eating equipment and food that were already in stuff sacks. I didn't take the bags off during the trip nor did I leave the bags unattended for long periods of time. I also carry a tank bag with valuables so my whole setup could be a target for someone who really wants to steal my stuff.
After a few days, the packing/unpacking and securing of the bags became very easy. It's a very simple system to secure everything with these bags. Easy peasy.
Just to disclose, I also had a 40L dry bag that I packed my sleeping bag, thermorest pad, pillow, chair and extra riding jacket (temps ranged from 43 to 97 on this trip.) TMI, I know.
All said, I love these bags and am happy with the way they carried the load and the features you get.

I got to say 1750 mi trans Wisconsin adventure trail. Bags performed flawlessly had some rain nothing got wet hit him on a bunch of rocks they got super Dusty worked like a tank highly recommended for the price

Great bags! They are a lot tougher than they look. I put these on my Triumph Tiger 800xc and they worked great. I used the universal mounting bracket with some modifications to mount to my existing SW-MOTECH Trax Adventure racks. Did Mid_Atlantic BDR this past summer and these bags look no worse for wear after taking a few dirt naps in the rougher sections. You will definitely need the provided inner liner to keep your things dry in the rain.
