Handcrafted entirely in Italy, this racing kit features headers and silencers in AISI 304 stainless steel, with end caps in stainless steel. It delivers a notable weight saving  (-6,2 kg compared to the standard exhaust system) weighing 4,8 kg and improved engine responsiveness, making it the ideal upgrade for riders looking to unleash the true character of their Thruxton.

Available in satin, black or polished finishes, the kit offers a classic, low-mounted design. Its distinctive look is complemented by the unmistakably energetic Zard sound, giving the Bonneville a bold voice that matches its vintage soul.

The Zard full kit for Thruxton 900 requires no ECU remapping, is easy to install, and is ready to ride right out of the box.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a recess in the rear of the left silencer to allow the correct assembly.

I recently installed the ZARD Carburetor Full Kit on my 2005 Triumph Thruxton 900, and it’s hands down one of the best upgrades I’ve made to this bike. The kit is incredibly well-engineered—everything from the materials to the fit and finish speaks to ZARD’s commitment to quality.

The transformation is immediate. The sound is fuller, deeper, and has that classic café racer growl that gives the Thruxton the voice it always deserved. It’s loud enough to make a statement, but still refined and not obnoxious.

Performance-wise, I noticed better throttle response and smoother power delivery across the rev range. It really brings out the character of the carbureted 900 engine. After a proper jetting and tune, the bike runs noticeably stronger and feels more alive.

Installation was straightforward if you’re comfortable working on carbs. All parts fit precisely, and the included instructions were clear enough for a weekend project.

If you own a carbureted Thruxton and want to elevate both performance and presence, the ZARD full kit is a must-have. It adds soul to the ride.
