The "SP" Full Kit for the Triumph Thruxton R/RS 1200 is designed for those seeking the best in terms of sound, performance, and design. Made by Officine Italiane Zard, this system, enhanced by refined details like the laser-cut bronzed plate, is entirely handmade in Italy, it consists of a 2-into-1 header and two AISI 304 stainless steel silencers, with a stainless steel sleeve and end cap available in either stainless steel or carbon fiber. Available in a satin or black finish.

The sound produced is full and deep, perfectly in line with the spirit of the Thruxton R/RS 1200. The compact layout and low mounting enhance both the balance and aesthetics of the bike. The kit is available exclusively in racing version, not approved for road use.

With a significant power increase and a total weight of 4.1 kg (9 lbs), the Zard Full Kit offers a substantial weight saving over the original system of -5.7 kg (-12.6 lbs), contributing to an overall improvement in performance.

I installed the ZARD "SP" Full Kit Exhaust on my 2021 Triumph Thruxton RS, and it's one of the best upgrades I've made—hands down. The "SP" system is a perfect combination of performance, design, and pure riding emotion.

The build quality is exceptional. Lightweight, beautifully welded, and perfectly engineered to fit the Thruxton’s sleek silhouette. The matte finish and aggressive profile of the SP system give the bike a more modern, race-inspired edge while still nodding to its café heritage.

The sound is phenomenal—deeper, sharper, and far more expressive than stock. At idle, it has a low, satisfying rumble, and under throttle, it absolutely sings. Not obnoxious, just beautifully tuned to let the 1200 twin breathe and be heard.

Performance gains are real. Throttle response is sharper, power delivery feels smoother, and you can feel a slight bump in mid-range torque. Paired with a remap, it truly unlocks the bike’s full potential.

Installation was straightforward with a precision fit—ZARD clearly knows how to design for Triumph. Everything about this system feels premium and purposeful.
