I recently installed the ZARD "Cross" Full Kit Carburetors Exhaust on my 2006 Triumph Bonneville T100, and it’s hands-down one of the best upgrades I’ve ever made to the bike. This system blends old-school cool with modern performance in the most satisfying way.

Right out of the box, the quality is evident. The cross-style layout is unique and eye-catching without being overdone. The craftsmanship is top-notch—clean welds, premium materials, and a design that feels both aggressive and classic.

The sound is where this exhaust really shines. It gives the carbureted 865 twin a deep, throaty growl that perfectly matches the Bonneville’s retro character. It’s bold at idle and roars under throttle, without ever sounding harsh or obnoxious.

Performance improved noticeably after a proper rejet. Throttle response is sharper, and the bike pulls stronger through the midrange. It also dropped a fair bit of weight, which helps make the bike feel more agile—especially in corners.
