I installed the ZARD Decat on my 2019 Triumph Bonneville T100, and it’s honestly one of the best upgrades I’ve made to the bike. It completely changes the way the engine breathes, sounds, and performs—without compromising the Bonneville’s classic character.

The build quality is excellent—lightweight, perfectly machined, and designed to integrate smoothly with both stock and aftermarket slip-ons. Installation was straightforward, and it fit seamlessly with my existing setup.

The sound improvement was immediate. The exhaust tone is now deeper, throatier, and much more pronounced. It gives the 900 twin a more authentic and engaging sound—just the right amount of volume without being obnoxious.

As for performance, throttle response is noticeably crisper, and the bike pulls harder through the midrange. Even before an ECU remap, I felt a smoother ride and quicker acceleration. After a tune, the difference was even more dramatic—it felt like a new machine.
