I installed the ZARD Decatalyst Kit on my 2017 Bonneville T120, and the difference is night and day. This upgrade really brings the engine to life — deeper exhaust note, smoother throttle response, and noticeably less heat buildup around the legs during summer rides.

The build quality is exceptional, exactly what you'd expect from ZARD. Everything lined up perfectly, and the welds are clean and professional. I paired it with my stock silencers for now, and the tone is still dramatically improved — richer, throatier, and more classic Triumph.

Performance-wise, the bike feels more responsive in the mid-range. You can tell it's breathing better, especially in combination with a remap or booster plug.

Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get the most out of their T120 without going full custom. This is the mod Triumph should have offered stock.
