I recently upgraded my 2005 Triumph Bonneville T100 with the ZARD "Short" Full Kit Carburetors Exhaust, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. This system is a perfect blend of performance, sound, and stripped-down style—exactly what I was looking for.

The short design completely changes the look of the bike. It gives it a leaner, more custom café racer vibe without sacrificing the timeless appeal of the Bonneville. It’s minimalist, clean, and sharp—just how a classic British twin should look.

The sound is incredible. Deep and punchy at idle, with a crisp, responsive bark as you roll on the throttle. It adds a lot of personality to the bike, giving it a voice that matches its vintage attitude. It’s loud enough to enjoy, but not so loud it’s a headache on longer rides.

Performance-wise, I noticed smoother throttle response and better midrange power after rejetting the carbs. The bike feels more eager and alive—especially in city traffic or twisty backroads. The weight reduction from the stock pipes is also noticeable, making the bike feel a bit more nimble.

Install was simple and straightforward. Everything fit perfectly and the quality of the materials is exactly what you’d expect from ZARD—top tier.

If you’re looking to give your early Bonneville T100 a shot of attitude and unlock its full potential, this ZARD “Short” kit is a fantastic upgrade. Highly recommended.
