The "Flat" full kit for the Royal Enfield® Continental GT 650 has been designed to enhance the character and performance of this model. Inspired by the history of American flat track racing, it is entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy using the highest quality materials. The structure, sleeve, and end cap of the silencers are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability, reliability, and a timeless, elegant appearance.

The exhaust, available exclusively in the racing version, delivers a significant performance boost and a remarkable weight reduction (-11.9 kg compared to the stock system), along with a deep and thrilling sound that highlights the twin-cylinder character of the Continental GT 650.

The 2>2 full kit for the Royal Enfield® Continental GT 650 is easy to install, requires no ECU remapping, and is ready to use for an authentic and satisfying riding experience. This product is not approved for road use.

NOTE: the kit is not compatible with the engine guard (Royal Enfield optional accessory).

NOTE: dB killer can be removed.

Compatible with models produced from 2019 to 2020.

Perfect Sound and Performance Boost for the Continental GT 650

I recently installed the ZARD "Flat" Full Kit on my 2022 Royal Enfield Continental GT 650, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. From the moment I started the bike, I could immediately tell the difference in both sound and performance.

The exhaust looks fantastic — the flat design gives the Continental GT a more modern, aggressive look while still staying true to its classic style. The quality of the materials is top-notch, and the fitment was perfect, with no issues during installation.

The sound is where this full kit truly excels. The bike now has a much deeper, more pronounced growl. At idle, it has a satisfying rumble, and when you hit the throttle, it opens up with a loud, throaty roar that makes the riding experience much more exciting. It's louder than the stock exhaust but still refined and not overwhelming, even on longer rides.

In terms of performance, the bike feels noticeably more responsive. The throttle is sharper, and the bike has a smoother power delivery, especially in the mid-range. It feels like the bike is breathing more freely, and it definitely makes the ride more engaging.

Installation was straightforward, and I didn’t need to make any adjustments to the ECU. The whole process took less than an hour, and the exhaust was easy to install with all necessary hardware included.
