The "Flat" full kit for the Royal Enfield® Interceptor 650 has been designed to enhance the character and performance of this model. Inspired by the history of American flat track racing, it is entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy using the highest quality materials. The structure, sleeve, and end cap of the silencers are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability, reliability, and a timeless, elegant appearance.

The exhaust, available exclusively in the racing version, delivers a significant performance boost and a remarkable weight reduction (-11.9 kg compared to the stock system), along with a deep and thrilling sound that highlights the twin-cylinder character of the Interceptor 650.

The 2>2 full kit for the Royal Enfield® Interceptor 650 is easy to install, requires no ECU remapping, and is ready to use for an authentic and satisfying riding experience. This product is not approved for road use.

NOTE: the kit is not compatible with the engine guard (Royal Enfield optional accessory).

NOTE: dB killer can be removed.

A Major Upgrade for My Interceptor 650

I recently installed the ZARD "Flat" Full Kit on my 2020 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, and I’m absolutely blown away by the difference it’s made. The quality of the full kit is top-notch, and it was clear from the moment I unboxed it that ZARD doesn’t cut corners. The fitment was perfect — everything slid into place with no issues, and the sleek, minimalist design enhances the bike’s appearance.

The sound is where this kit truly shines. The stock exhaust was fine, but the ZARD full kit transforms the bike completely. At idle, it has a deep, refined rumble that immediately makes you think "classic motorcycle." When you rev it, the sound gets even better — a growl that’s powerful yet refined, with just the right amount of volume to make a statement without being obnoxious.

As for performance, the bike feels noticeably more responsive. The throttle is sharper, and the power delivery is smoother, especially in the mid-range. The bike feels lighter and more agile, which adds to the overall enjoyment of the ride. It’s clear that the exhaust allows the engine to breathe better, and I’m definitely feeling the improved throttle response and power.

Installation was straightforward and didn’t require any adjustments to the ECU. If you’re looking to boost both performance and sound on your Interceptor 650, the ZARD "Flat" Full Kit is a no-brainer. It’s worth every penny!
