I finally took the plunge and fitted the ZARD Exhaust High Full Kit to my 2017 Triumph Bonneville T120—and wow, what a transformation!

Italian craftsmanship: This kit is entirely handmade in Italy from AISI‑304 stainless steel, and it shows in the build quality. The headers and silencers feel robust yet refined, reflecting a level of attention and care you don’t often get with aftermarket parts
Impressive weight drop: It’s astonishing how light the bike feels now. The ZARD kit weighs just 7 kg (15.4 lbs)—that's about 8.2 kg (18.1 lbs) lighter than the stock setup. On twisty roads, the difference in handling is immediately noticeable.

Sound and performance boost: The exhaust gives the twin-cylinder engine a notably more aggressive tone—deep, full, and magnetic. It’s louder, yes—but in that perfect "authentic British rumble" kind of way. Plus, it seems to pull harder in the midrange, adding liveliness across the rev band
Stylish finish: I went with the satin finish, but the black Cerakote option looks slick too—plus, it retains the stainless‑steel grid on the heat shield for extra flair. Just know: only the right-side panel comes with the brushed-aluminum version—you’ll need to add the left panel separately to keep things symmetrical
A word of caution: This is a racing-style kit—not street-legal and lacks homologation. I’m keeping it for track days and weekend rides on private roads to stay clear of legal hassles

I recently installed the ZARD Exhaust High Full Kit on my 2019 Triumph Bonneville T120, and let me tell you—this kit is nothing short of transformative.

Handcrafted excellence: Everything is handmade in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel—both the headers and silencers feel exceptionally high‑quality and beautifully finished. You can tell it's built by people who care.
Weight difference is night and day: My stock exhaust clocked in at around 14.3 kg, whereas the ZARD kit comes in at just 7 kg. That’s a whopping 8.2 kg shed—and the bike responds noticeably sharper, especially in tight corners.
Looks & finish: I opted for the satin variant, which complements the Bonneville’s classic lines wonderfully. The black Cerakote option is also tempting, especially if you like that stealthier vibe—and it even keeps the stainless-steel grid on the heat shield for subtle contrast.
Sound & performance: The exhaust gives the twin-cylinder motor a more aggressive and authentic growl—perfect for open-road freedom without veering into obnoxious territory. Plus, there’s a tangible midrange power bump that feels just… livelier.

Installation nuance: Full disclosure—the brushed aluminum (satin) version includes the right-side panel, but the left side panel needs to be purchased separately if you want everything to match cleanly.
Heads‑up: This kit isn’t street-legal—it’s not homologated, so be sure to check your local regs before riding it on public roads

I recently installed the ZARD Full Kit High Exhaust on my 2018 Triumph Bonneville T120, and it’s completely transformed both the look and feel of the bike. If you're aiming for a more rugged, scrambler-inspired setup without sacrificing quality or performance, this is the exhaust to get.

The high-mount design gives the T120 a bold new stance that really sets it apart from stock. It adds just the right amount of aggression while still complementing the bike’s classic lines. The build quality is superb—lightweight materials, clean welds, and a finish that looks fantastic up close.

The sound is phenomenal. It delivers a deeper, throatier growl that gives the 1200 twin the presence it deserves. At idle, it has a rich rumble, and when you open it up, the exhaust sings with a crisp, powerful tone that never feels overwhelming.

Performance-wise, there’s a noticeable improvement in throttle response and overall smoothness. Paired with a proper tune, the bike feels more responsive, especially in the midrange. It’s not just louder—it rides better.

Installation was straightforward, and everything fit perfectly. ZARD includes everything needed, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

If you want to give your Bonneville T120 a serious visual and performance upgrade with top-tier sound, the ZARD High Exhaust Kit is absolutely worth it. It’s a head-turner and a joy to ride.

I recently installed the ZARD Exhaust High Full Kit on my 2018 Triumph Bonneville T120—and I’m absolutely smitten. First off, the sound: at idle, it hums with a rich, throaty rumble, but when you roll on the throttle, it sings crisply and powerfully, without ever feeling abrasive or overbearing
Installation was surprisingly smooth—everything fit perfectly, and the instructions were clear, making it a breeze to DIY. Once fitted, the bike felt noticeably more responsive, especially through the midrange, with improved throttle response and smooth delivery—the kind of upgrade that makes everyday rides feel more engaging
Weight reduction was another tangible benefit—the ZARD kit is handmade in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel and sheds about 8 kg (18 lbs) compared to the stock exhaust (dropping from roughly 14.3 kg to around 7 kg), which really lightens up the feel of the bike
Aesthetically, the kit looks fantastic. Whether you go for the satin finish or the black Cerakote option, it elevates the bike’s presence. Just be aware: the brushed‑finish version includes the right side panel, but the left side panel is optional and must be purchased separately for the full look
My only quibble: it isn’t street‑legal due to lacking homologation, so it’s best enjoyed on tracks or private property—or be sure to check your local regulations
