    The High full kit for the Triumph Bonneville T120 is entirely handmade in Italy. It consists of headers and silencers made from AISI 304 stainless steel. Available in satin or Cerakote® black finishes, it stands out for its lightweight construction, -8.2 kg (-18.1 lbs) compared to the stock exhaust, a solid power increase and a distinctive sound that enhances the authentic character of the British twin-cylinder engine.

    Its design gives the bike a sportier appearance, ideal for those looking for a more dynamic aesthetic. This product is not approved for road use.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Proper installation requires the Zard right side panel (included in the brushed aluminum version) and the left side panel available as an optional.

    The black version of the exhaust retains the stainless steel heat shield grill

    I recently installed the ZARD Full Kit High Exhaust on my 2018 Triumph Bonneville T120, and it’s completely transformed both the look and feel of the bike. If you're aiming for a more rugged, scrambler-inspired setup without sacrificing quality or performance, this is the exhaust to get.

    The high-mount design gives the T120 a bold new stance that really sets it apart from stock. It adds just the right amount of aggression while still complementing the bike’s classic lines. The build quality is superb—lightweight materials, clean welds, and a finish that looks fantastic up close.

    The sound is phenomenal. It delivers a deeper, throatier growl that gives the 1200 twin the presence it deserves. At idle, it has a rich rumble, and when you open it up, the exhaust sings with a crisp, powerful tone that never feels overwhelming.

    Performance-wise, there’s a noticeable improvement in throttle response and overall smoothness. Paired with a proper tune, the bike feels more responsive, especially in the midrange. It’s not just louder—it rides better.

    Installation was straightforward, and everything fit perfectly. ZARD includes everything needed, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
