I installed the ZARD "Short" Full Kit Low Injection Exhaust on my 2014 Triumph Bonneville T100, and it has completely transformed the bike in the best possible way. If you’re looking to add some edge and performance without sacrificing the Bonneville’s classic charm, this is the kit to get.

The short, low-mounted pipes give the bike a tighter, more stripped-down look that pairs beautifully with the vintage styling. It’s subtle, but it really sharpens the overall silhouette and adds a custom, street-ready vibe.

The sound is fantastic—deep, raw, and punchy. It brings the 865cc twin to life without being obnoxious. It has that classic British tone, just louder and more expressive. It’s the kind of sound that makes you smile every time you twist the throttle.

After installing and doing a proper ECU remap, throttle response felt quicker and smoother, especially in the midrange. The weight reduction is also a nice bonus—you can feel the difference when you're navigating tight corners or moving the bike around the garage.

Install was simple and everything fit perfectly. ZARD clearly engineered this kit with precision, and the craftsmanship is top-notch.
