The racing full kit for the Triumph Bonneville T100, entirely handmade in Italy, includes headers and a silencer made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The system delivers increased power and a significant weight reduction of -9.9 kg (-21.8 lbs) compared to the original exhaust, improving throttle response and handling.

Available in satin, Cerakote® black, or mirror-polished finishes, the kit features a low-mounted layout that perfectly matches the frame and proportions of the T120. The sound is deeper and fuller, enhancing the character of the British twin-cylinder.

NOTE: This exhaust removes the original catalytic converter.

NOTE: The exhaust can be mounted in a rearward position by purchasing the 'REAR EXHAUST CONVERSION KIT' available as an optional accessory.

Compatibility: BONNEVILLE T100 (17–23) and T120 (16–23)

I recently installed the ZARD Full Kit Racing Exhaust on my 2023 Triumph Bonneville T100, and it’s completely transformed the bike in the best possible way. From the moment I fired it up, I knew this was the exhaust the T100 should’ve had from the factory.

The design is sleek, lightweight, and beautifully crafted. It enhances the classic lines of the Bonneville while adding a more aggressive, race-inspired edge. The quality is outstanding—clean welds, premium materials, and a perfect fit with zero issues during installation.

The sound is where it really shines. The ZARD racing system gives the 900cc twin a deep, rich growl at idle and a crisp, throaty bark when you roll on the throttle. It’s not overbearing—just incredibly satisfying and full of character. It finally gives the bike a voice to match its looks.

Performance-wise, the difference is instantly noticeable. Throttle response is sharper, and there’s a clear improvement in mid-range torque and overall smoothness—especially after an ECU remap. The bike feels more responsive and eager, making it an even bigger joy to ride.
