The racing full kit for the Triumph Bonneville T120, entirely handcrafted in Italy, includes headers and a silencer made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The system ensures a significant increase in power and a weight reduction of -9.9 kg (-21.8 lbs) compared to the stock exhaust, improving throttle response and handling.

Available in satin, Cerakote® black, or mirror-polished finishes, the kit features a low-mounted layout perfectly integrated with the T120’s frame and proportions. The sound is deeper and fuller, enhancing the voice of the British twin-cylinder.

NOTE: This exhaust removes the original catalytic converter.

NOTE: The exhaust can be mounted in a rearward position by purchasing the 'REAR EXHAUST CONVERSION KIT', available as an optional accessory.

I recently installed the ZARD Full Kit Racing Exhaust on my 2019 Triumph Bonneville T120, and the difference is night and day. This system brings the bike to life in a way the stock exhaust never could—both in terms of sound and performance.

Right out of the box, the quality is exceptional. The materials are lightweight yet solid, the welds are clean, and the overall finish looks high-end. ZARD clearly put thought into every detail. It fits the Bonneville perfectly and adds a sportier, more muscular edge to its classic lines.

The sound is absolutely phenomenal. It delivers a deep, rich tone at idle and a thrilling bark under acceleration. Not obnoxiously loud—just the perfect amount of presence. It gives the 1200 twin the voice it deserves.

With a proper tune, I noticed significant improvements in throttle response, power delivery, and midrange torque. The bike feels more eager and responsive, and the reduced weight from the system makes it feel more agile, especially in tight corners or city traffic.
