The "Penta High" silencer for the Royal Enfield® Himalayan 410 is entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy using premium-quality materials. The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the silencer sleeve is made of aluminum, and the end cap is crafted from carbon fiber to ensure lightness and durability.

The exhaust, available in both racing and Euro 5 homologated versions, offers a significant improvement in performance and weight reduction (-2.7 kg compared to the stock silencer), delivering a deeper, more engaging sound and better power delivery across the entire rev range.

The slip-on for the Royal Enfield® Himalayan 410 is easy to install, requires no ECU remapping, and is ready to use for both on-road and off-road riding.

A Bold Upgrade for the Himalayan 410

I recently installed the ZARD "Penta High" Slip-On exhaust on my 2022 Royal Enfield Himalayan 410, and I’m extremely happy with the results. The fitment was perfect, and the quality of the exhaust is outstanding — the craftsmanship is impeccable, and the high-mount design adds a sleek, aggressive look to the bike.

The sound is where this exhaust really shines. It gives the Himalayan a much deeper, more throaty growl than the stock system. At idle, it has a nice rumble, and as you open up the throttle, it opens up into a bold and powerful tone that perfectly suits the rugged nature of the bike. It’s louder than stock but not overwhelmingly so — just the right amount of presence.

Performance-wise, I noticed an immediate improvement. The bike feels more responsive, especially in the mid-range. Throttle response is sharper, and it feels like the engine is breathing better. The bike just feels more alive and ready to tackle anything.

Installation was simple, and I didn’t need to remap the ECU. Everything fit well, and the exhaust added just the right amount of flair to the Himalayan without compromising any of its practicality.

If you’re looking for an upgrade that adds power, performance, and an exciting sound, the ZARD "Penta High" Slip-On is a must-have for the Himalayan 410.
