The "Penta Low" silencer for the Royal Enfield® Himalayan 410 is entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy using top-quality materials. The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the silencer sleeve is made of aluminum, and the end cap is crafted from carbon fiber, ensuring lightness, durability, and a distinctive look.

The exhaust, available in both racing and Euro 5 homologated versions, delivers a clear improvement in performance and a significant weight reduction (-2.7 kg compared to the stock silencer), offering a deeper, more engaging sound and a quicker throttle response across the entire rev range.

The slip-on for the Royal Enfield® Himalayan 410 is easy to install, requires no ECU remapping, and is ready to use for everyday road riding as well as off-road adventures.

Perfect Sound and Performance for the Himalayan 410

I recently installed the ZARD "Penta Low" Slip-On exhaust on my 2022 Royal Enfield Himalayan 410, and it’s been an incredible upgrade. The fitment was flawless — the exhaust aligned perfectly with no need for adjustments. The build quality is exceptional, with solid materials and a sleek finish that really enhances the bike’s rugged appeal.

The sound is exactly what the Himalayan needed. It’s got a deeper, more aggressive tone compared to the stock exhaust, with a satisfying growl at idle and a punchy roar when you open the throttle. It’s loud enough to make the bike feel more alive but not too loud to become obnoxious, making it great for long rides and off-road adventures.

Performance-wise, I noticed a noticeable improvement in throttle response and overall engine smoothness. The bike just feels sharper and more responsive, especially in the mid-range. It’s like the Himalayan is now truly breathing better, and the power delivery is much more fluid.
