Perfect Sound Upgrade for the Classic 500

I recently installed the ZARD Slip-On exhaust on my 2019 Royal Enfield Classic 500, and it’s been an incredible upgrade. The build quality is impressive — solid materials, sleek design, and an impeccable fit. The exhaust looks fantastic on the bike, adding a subtle yet striking custom touch that complements the Classic 500's vintage appeal.

The sound is where this exhaust really stands out. The stock exhaust was fine, but the ZARD Slip-On brings out the true character of the Bullet engine. It now has a much deeper, richer growl at idle, and when you open up the throttle, it produces a satisfying, full-bodied roar. It’s loud enough to be exciting but not so loud that it becomes intrusive on long rides. The sound is perfectly balanced for both city riding and highway cruising.

Performance-wise, I noticed an immediate improvement in throttle response. The bike feels more nimble and quicker to respond, especially in the mid-range. It’s like the engine is breathing better, giving the bike a more engaging and enjoyable ride.

Installation was straightforward, and I didn’t need to remap the bike. The slip-on fit perfectly, and the whole process was completed in less than an hour.
