The Zard silencers for the Royal Enfield® Continental GT 650 are entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy using top-quality materials. The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the sleeve and end cap are made of stainless steel to ensure strength, durability, and long-lasting performance. Supplied as standard in a mirror-polished finish.

The exhaust, available in both racing and Euro 4 homologated versions, provides a noticeable improvement in performance and a significant weight saving of -5.8 kg compared to the stock silencer, delivering a more engaging and deeper sound along with smoother power delivery across the entire rev range.

Amazing Sound and Performance for the Continental GT 650

I recently installed the ZARD Slip-On exhaust on my 2020 Royal Enfield Continental GT 650, and I couldn't be happier with the upgrade. The fitment was flawless, and the exhaust fits seamlessly with the bike's classic design, adding a sleek and refined touch. The matte black finish looks fantastic and gives the bike an even more stylish and aggressive appearance.

The sound is where this exhaust really stands out. From the moment I started the bike, it’s been a completely different experience. At idle, the Continental GT 650 now has a deeper, richer rumble, and when you twist the throttle, it roars to life with a crisp, throaty growl. It’s loud enough to make a statement, but not overbearing — it’s just the right amount of volume and tone, making every ride that much more enjoyable.

Performance-wise, the bike feels more responsive. The throttle is smoother, and the bike feels livelier, particularly in the mid-range. The exhaust allows the engine to breathe more freely, making the power delivery much smoother and more engaging.

Installation was quick and easy. It took about 30 minutes to remove the stock exhaust and install the ZARD slip-on. No remap was needed, and everything fits perfectly right out of the box.
