The Zard silencer for the HNTR 350 is entirely designed and handmade in Italy using top-quality materials and features advanced technology, the result of ZARD’s extensive experience in the luxury automotive sector, thanks to collaboration with the GP Tecnica group. The structure, sleeve, and end cap are made of AISI 304 stainless steel to ensure strength, durability, and longevity, with a stylish and durable Cerakote® black finish.

Available in both racing and Euro 5 homologated versions, this silencer guarantees a clear performance improvement and a significant weight reduction compared to the original silencer (1.5 kg for the racing version and 1.3 kg for the homologated version), weighing respectively 1.2 kg and 1.4 kg. It offers a deeper, fuller, and more engaging sound, as well as improved throttle response throughout the power curve (+0.4 HP for the racing version and +0.1 HP for the homologated version).

The silencer for the HNTR 350 installs easily, requires no ECU modifications, and is ready to use.

A Game-Changer for the Hunter 350

I recently upgraded my 2023 Royal Enfield Hunter 350 with the ZARD Slip-On exhaust, and the transformation is nothing short of amazing. From the moment I installed it, the bike felt completely different — in the best way possible. The quality of the exhaust is exceptional, and the fitment was perfect right out of the box. The sleek design adds a touch of aggression to the bike while still maintaining its classic, rugged look.

The sound is where the ZARD Slip-On truly shines. The bike now has a deep, throaty growl that the stock exhaust simply couldn’t deliver. At idle, it’s got a rich rumble, and when you open up the throttle, it roars to life with a crisp, powerful sound that adds so much character to the ride. It's louder than stock, but not excessively so — it strikes the perfect balance.

Performance-wise, the bike feels noticeably more responsive. The throttle feels smoother, and I’ve noticed an improvement in mid-range power. It feels like the engine is breathing better, and the bike just feels more lively and fun to ride, especially on twisty roads.

Installation was quick and easy, taking less than an hour. I didn’t need to remap the bike, and the exhaust fit perfectly without any modifications.
