Entirely handmade in Italy, the kit consists of two AISI 304 stainless steel silencers, with stainless steel end caps. Available in satin, Cerakote® black, and polished finishes, it stands out for its lightweight construction, -2.2 kg (-4.8 lbs) lighter than the original, and an unmistakable sound that enhances the character of the British twin-cylinder engine.

I recently installed the ZARD "Bottle" Slip-Ons Exhaust on my 2017 Triumph Bonneville T120, and the upgrade has been everything I hoped for and more. These slip-ons strike the perfect balance between classic style, refined sound, and improved performance.

Visually, the "Bottle" design is gorgeous—sleek, minimal, and period-correct for the Bonneville’s vintage vibe. The shape and finish blend seamlessly with the bike’s lines and really elevate its overall presence without looking overly modified.

The sound improvement is immediate and impressive. The stock pipes were too muted for my taste, but the ZARDs add a rich, deep tone that gives the 1200 twin real presence. It rumbles at idle and delivers a clean, throaty note when accelerating—just enough growl without being too aggressive for daily riding.

Even without a remap, the bike feels noticeably smoother and more responsive. Throttle input feels sharper and there's a touch more punch in the midrange. It’s subtle, but it makes the ride more engaging and satisfying.

Installation was a breeze. Everything fit perfectly, and the job was done in under an hour with basic tools. The quality of the materials and finish is top-shelf—exactly what you'd expect from ZARD.
