The Zard silencers for the Royal Enfield® Interceptor 650 are entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy using top-quality materials. The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the sleeve and end cap are made of stainless steel to ensure strength, durability, and long-lasting performance. Supplied as standard in a mirror-polished finish.

The exhaust, available in both racing and Euro 4 homologated versions, provides a noticeable improvement in performance and a significant weight saving of -5.8 kg compared to the stock silencer, delivering a more engaging and deeper sound along with smoother power delivery across the entire rev range.

The Zard slip-ons for the Royal Enfield® Interceptor 650 are easy to install, require no ECU remapping, and are ready to use.

Perfect Sound and Style for My Interceptor 650

I recently installed the ZARD Slip-Ons on my 2020 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The fitment was flawless, and the exhaust design immediately gives the bike a sleek, modern look that complements the Interceptor’s vintage appeal. The brushed stainless finish is high quality and looks fantastic.

The sound is where this exhaust really shines. It gives the bike a much deeper, throatier growl compared to the stock exhaust. At idle, it has a smooth rumble, and when you open the throttle, it opens up with a satisfying roar that enhances the entire riding experience. It’s the perfect balance — loud enough to be heard but not so loud that it becomes tiresome on longer rides.

Performance-wise, I immediately noticed a sharper throttle response and a slight increase in overall power delivery. The bike feels more agile, and the smoother powerband makes for a more engaging ride.

Installation was easy and took about 30 minutes. The slip-ons fit perfectly with no adjustments needed, and I didn’t need to remap the bike. Overall, the ZARD Slip-Ons are a fantastic upgrade to the Interceptor 650, both in terms of aesthetics and performance.
