Il front header decat for Royal Enfield® Guerrilla 450, entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy with AISI 304 stainless steel. The decat offers an improvement in performance (+0,9 cv compared to the OEM header) and weight (-0,5 kg less than the OEM header), reducing temperatures in the engine area, it is ideal for city use and maintains a pleasant sound, similar to the original one.

Warning: By installing the Zard header decat, the motorcycle's electronics in E5 Plus configuration might detect a catalyst anomaly due to anti-pollution regulations, causing the cat warning light (informative) to turn on without altering the motorcycle's performance in any way. To avoid the activation of this warning light, it is necessary to remap the ECU.

For maximum performance across the entire power curve, starting from low revs, Zard recommends purchasing the complete kit (Front header decat, central header decat and slip-on).

Significant Power and Sound Upgrade for the Guerrilla 450

I recently installed the ZARD Front Header Decat on my 2024 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450, and the results have been fantastic. From the moment I started the bike after installation, I noticed an immediate improvement in both performance and sound.

The installation was smooth and straightforward, and the decat fit perfectly without the need for adjustments. The build quality is top-notch, and it feels like a premium product — the welds are clean, and the finish is flawless.

Performance-wise, the difference is noticeable right away. The bike feels much more responsive, especially in the lower to mid-range, and the throttle is smoother and quicker. It feels like the Guerrilla 450 is able to breathe better, which translates into more power and better acceleration.

The sound is the real highlight. It gives the bike a deeper, more aggressive growl, and it’s now much more in line with the bike’s rugged, adventurous character. It’s louder than stock, but not obnoxious — just the right amount of growl to make the ride even more exciting.
