The headers for the Triumph Bobber 1200 are designed to enhance the character and performance of the bike. They can be mounted on the original exhaust system or paired with Zard racing silencers, and are made from high-quality materials.

Handcrafted entirely in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel. They stand out for their excellent weight saving, -1.6 kg (-3.5 lbs) compared to the standard headers and a noticeable power increase.

Available in satin or black Cerakote® finishes. They can also be paired with Zard silencers for a truly energetic sound that’s unmistakably Zard.

Zard headers for the Bobber 1200 do not require ECU remapping, are easy to install, and are ready to use immediately.

Note: Zard racing silencers can be purchased separately

I recently installed the ZARD Headers Kit on my 2022 Triumph Bobber 1200, and the upgrade has completely exceeded my expectations. From build quality to performance, this kit is everything you’d want if you're looking to unlock more potential from your Bobber.

The headers themselves are beautifully made—lightweight stainless steel with precision welds and a clean, aggressive design. They instantly elevate the look of the engine area, especially if you're going for a custom or stripped-back aesthetic.

The sound difference was immediately noticeable. Paired with my existing ZARD slip-ons, the tone is deeper, throatier, and much more refined. It gives the 1200 twin the growl it was always meant to have—loud enough to make an impression, but still civilized on longer rides.

Performance-wise, there’s a clear improvement in throttle response and midrange pull. The bike feels quicker and more responsive, especially after adding a proper ECU remap. You can tell the engine breathes better with the restrictive stock headers gone.

Installation was smooth and straightforward with the right tools. Everything fit perfectly, and the included components were top quality—no guesswork involved.

If you're riding a 2021–2023 Triumph Bobber and want to take your sound, style, and performance up a notch, the ZARD Headers Kit is absolutely worth the investment. It’s a serious performance part that also looks the part.
