I recently upgraded my 2025 Royal Enfield Bear 650 with the ZARD Slip-On Exhaust, and it’s amazing how much character it adds. Crafted in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel, the silencer feels both premium and purposeful in its compact design—especially striking in matte black Cerakote, finished with a subtle ZARD steel logo
You can choose between two versions: the Racing model saves about 1.7 kg and adds +1.7 hp, while the Euro 5+ homologated version trims around 1.6 kg and gives a milder but still satisfying +1.1 hp bump I opted for the homologated version to stay street-legal and enjoy smoother, throttle-happy performance without remapping the ECU—installation was a breeze, just bolt-on and ride
The sound is where this slip-on really shines—deep, rich, and assertive without ever sounding harsh. It gives the Bear 650 a refined growl that matches its scrambler soul. Fit and finish feel high-end, befitting the price, which is definitely on the luxurious side—but you can truly feel and hear where the investment went
When I fitted the ZARD Slip-On Exhaust to my 2025 Royal Enfield Bear 650, it instantly felt like I had unlocked a new level of character for the bike. What really stood out was how elegantly it blended style and performance.
This slip-on is handcrafted in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel, with a compact, eye-catching design and a subtle ZARD steel logo—definitely adds sleek sophistication to the Bear’s rugged frame. You can choose between satin or matte Cerakote® black finishes, which I opted for, and there’s also a stainless-steel option if you prefer raw metal aesthetics
ZARD offers two versions: Racing (off-road only) and Euro 5+ homologated (street-legal with a catalytic converter). The Racing version trims about 1.7 kg, while the homologated version saves around 1.6 kg. Both give you a performance bump—+1.7 hp for Racing and +1.1 hp for homologated—enough to give the Bear a noticeably livelier mid-range response.
Installation was pleasantly simple with a true bolt-on design—no ECU remapping needed, and I was ready to ride within minutes.
On the road, the bike now has a richer, more resonant hum that's sporty without becoming overbearing—a perfectly balanced upgrade in both sound and demeanor. My only slight reservation? The price is on the premium side. But considering the style, craftsmanship, fit, and that little performance edge, I’d say it earns every cent.
In short: The ZARD Slip-On is a sophisticated, performance-minded upgrade for Bear 650 owners who want sound, looks, and a sharper throttle feel—without compromise.
When I added the ZARD Slip-On Exhaust to my Bear 650, it felt like the bike found its voice. Handcrafted in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel, its compact design and sleek finish instantly elevated the Bear’s rugged scrambler style
I chose the homologated version with black Cerakote, since I ride mostly on-public roads and want to stay compliant. The installation was plug-and-play—no ECU remap, no hassle—so I was back on the road in no time It tucked neatly under the rear frame, and the ZARD steel logo gave it a subtle, refined detail.
The transformation in feel was subtle but satisfying: I noticed a weight savings of approximately 1.6 kg, and a performance gain of about +1.1 hp, enough to make throttle response feel sharper from mid-range onward What really stands out, though, is the sound—deep, confident, not overbearing but undeniably sporty.
My one minor critique: the price is a bit premium. But considering the craftsmanship, solid build, effortless fit, and just enough gain in performance, I feel like it's a premium upgrade that delivers.
In short, the ZARD Slip-On is an excellent enhancement for Bear 650 owners who want a tasteful blend of performance, style, and sound. It’s not just an exhaust—it’s a statement.
I finally treated my 2025 Royal Enfield Bear 650 to the ZARD Slip-On Exhaust—and wow, what a transformation. From the moment I fired up the bike, the deep, refined growl lets everyone know I’m coming, without being obnoxiously loud.
Installation was refreshingly simple—just bolt-on, no ECU remap required—and I was riding in no time. I opted for the homologated version in matte black Cerakote, mainly to keep things street-legal while still retaining that custom-look aesthetic. It’s lightweight, opting for a -1.6 kg savings, and I can genuinely feel that extra lift in responsiveness—those +1.1 horsepower gains may not sound like much, but on a mid-range torque-centric bike like the Bear, every bit counts.
The craftsmanship is top-notch—handcrafted in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel, with clean lines and a classy ZARD logo. It’s modern, yet perfectly complements the Bear’s rugged, scrambler vibe. No rattles, solid welds, and confidence-inspiring durability—this feels like a piece built to last.
If I had to nitpick, I’d say the price is on the steeper side compared to other slip-ons. But considering the quality, fit, sound, and the added performance, I believe it's worth the premium.
Overall, the ZARD Slip-On is a statement upgrade—sharp aesthetics, a more engaging growl, and just enough performance boost to make everyday rides feel special. Highly recommend for Bear 650 riders who value style, quality, and character.
