The Slip-On kit with OEM catalyst for the Triumph Bonneville T100, entirely handmade in Italy, consists of headers and silencers in AISI 304 stainless steel. The kit retains the original catalyst.

The kit contributes to increased power and reduced weight compared to the original exhaust system, with a weight saving of -6.6 kg (-14.5 lbs), improving the bike’s power and handling. Available in satin, Cerakote® black, or mirror-polished finishes, the kit enhances the T100’s classic lines with a striking look. Available exclusively in racing version.

NOTE: The exhaust can be mounted in a rearward position by purchasing the 'REAR EXHAUST CONVERSION KIT FOR OEM CATALYST', available as an optional accessory.

I recently installed the ZARD Slip-On Exhaust Kit with OEM Catalyzer on my 2018 Triumph Bonneville T100, and I’m thoroughly impressed. This kit delivers exactly what I was looking for—a richer exhaust note, improved responsiveness, and a clean, bolt-on upgrade that keeps the bike fully street legal.

The build quality is superb. The slip-ons are beautifully finished, with a design that complements the Bonneville’s classic styling perfectly. They look like they could have come from the factory, but with just the right amount of attitude.

The sound is a massive improvement over stock. It's deeper, throatier, and adds real character to the 900cc twin. It’s not too loud, which I appreciate for daily riding, but it has enough presence to make every ride more enjoyable.

Even with the OEM catalyzer in place, I noticed a smoother throttle response and slightly better midrange performance. I didn’t need to remap the ECU, which made this an easy and hassle-free upgrade.

Installation was a breeze—everything lined up perfectly, and I had it done in under an hour using basic tools.
