The "Bad Child" full kit for the Triumph Thruxton 900 blends the classic style of the bike with modern performance, thanks to the craftsmanship of Officine Italiane Zard.

Handmade in Italy, this 2-in-1 racing kit includes headers and silencers in AISI 304 stainless steel, with stainless steel end caps. It weighs only 5.3 kg, offering a weight saving of -3.5 kg compared to the stock exhaust, improving throttle response.

Available in satin or black finish, it features a low-mounted design that enhances the bike’s classic lines. All of this is accompanied by a deep and bold sound, unmistakably Zard.

This product is NOT street legal.

Compatibility: BONNEVILLE T100 AND THRUXTON 900 (2001–2016)

Installed the ZARD Carburetor "Bad Child" Full Kit on my 2004 Triumph Thruxton 900, and the name says it all—this thing turns your bike into a proper rebel.

From the first startup, the sound is raw, aggressive, and totally addictive. It’s louder and meaner than stock, but still has that deep, classic British twin rumble that makes the Thruxton such a joy to ride. Heads definitely turn when you roll by.

The craftsmanship is top-tier—ZARD clearly takes pride in what they build. The blacked-out, stripped-down look of the “Bad Child” kit gives the bike an edgier, more custom vibe, perfect if you're going for that cafe racer meets street brawler aesthetic.

Performance-wise, the bike feels noticeably more responsive, especially after rejetting the carbs. It pulls harder in the mid-range and sounds feral when you twist the throttle. Installation was pretty straightforward for anyone comfortable working with carburetors, and everything lined up perfectly.

If you want to give your Thruxton some real attitude and unleash its full potential, this kit delivers in spades. It’s not just an exhaust—it’s an attitude shift.
