The "Conical" full kit for the Triumph Thruxton 900 exhaust embodies the perfect blend of British heritage and Italian craftsmanship, signed by Zard.

Entirely handmade in Italy, this homologated or racing full kit includes headers and silencer in AISI 304 stainless steel, with stainless steel endcap. Designed in compliance with Euro 2 regulations, it ensures a weight reduction (-3.8 kg compared to the stock system), while enhancing the bike’s aesthetics and dynamics.

Available in satin or black finishes, the kit features a classic low-mount layout, perfectly integrated with the elegant profile of the Thruxton. The deep Zard sound brings out the vintage soul of the bike, while remaining fully street-legal in the homologated version.

I recently fitted the ZARD Carburetors "Conical" Full Kit Exhaust to my 2005 Triumph Thruxton 900, and it has completely elevated the bike’s performance and style. This exhaust is a perfect blend of retro character and modern craftsmanship.

The conical design looks stunning—slim, aggressive, and totally in line with the Thruxton’s classic café racer DNA. It adds a subtle custom touch without looking out of place. The finish is flawless, and the overall build quality is exactly what you'd expect from ZARD: premium.

The sound is where this kit really shines. It produces a deep, smooth rumble at idle, and a sharp, throaty growl as you accelerate. Not too loud, but just enough to let everyone know this bike means business. It gives the engine a much more expressive voice.

With the carbs properly tuned, the bike runs smoother, pulls stronger through the midrange, and the throttle response is quicker and more refined. It also shaves off a bit of weight, which you can feel immediately when cornering or moving the bike around.
