The Full Kit for the Triumph Tiger Sport 660 is the perfect solution for riders looking to enhance performance, sound, and style without compromising on lightness and design. Entirely handcrafted in Italy by Officine Italiane Zard, this exhaust system embodies the excellence of Italian craftsmanship.

The kit is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, with a sleeve available in stainless steel or titanium, and a carbon end cap for a sleek, high-performance look. Available in both racing and Euro 5 homologated versions.

This system delivers a deep and powerful sound, enhancing the dynamic character of the Tiger Sport 660. Its compact design integrates seamlessly with the sporty lines of the bike, adding boldness and personality.

The full Zard exhaust offers a significant improvement in handling thanks to weight reduction: -4.5 kg (9.9 lbs) for the stainless steel racing version (3.6 kg (7.9 lbs) total weight), -4.4 kg (9.7 lbs) for the stainless steel homologated version (3.7 kg (8.2 lbs)), -4.9 kg (10.8 lbs) for the racing version with titanium sleeve (3.2 kg (7.1 lbs)), and -4.8 kg (10.6 lbs) for the homologated version with titanium sleeve (3.3 kg (7.3 lbs)). This significant weight saving enhances rider feel and overall riding experience, combined with a power increase of +5.9 HP in the racing version. Installation is simple and requires no structural modifications.

whether you’re after performance, sound, style, or all three

I recently installed the ZARD Exhaust Full Kit on my 2022 Triumph Tiger Sport 660—and wow, what a transformation. Fitting it was surprisingly straightforward—bolt-on with no modifications needed—and the craftsmanship jumped out instantly. The kit is hand-finished in stainless steel, with options like a carbon-fiber end cap, and delivers a substantial +5.9 HP performance boost while shedding ~4.5 kg compared to the stock exhaust
The sound is next-level: a refined, aggressive growl at idle that blossoms into a crisp, race-inspired roar when you open the throttle. It gives the bike serious character without being obnoxious—perfect for both spirited canyon riding and long-distance tours
Performance-wise, the bike feels lighter, more responsive, and truly alive. Throttle response is noticeably sharper, and the reduced weight—lower at the center of gravity—translates into nimble handling and a more engaging ride overall
Aesthetically, the design is a standout. The sleek, compact finish with a carbon tip perfectly complements the Tiger Sport’s sporty silhouette. It looks like it belongs on the bike from the factory—only better

this ZARD kit is a holistic upgrade—speed, sound, style, and substance all in one

I recently installed the ZARD Exhaust Full Kit on my 2023 Triumph Tiger Sport 660, and it’s nothing short of transformative. The craftsmanship is remarkable—handmade in Italy using AISI‑304 stainless steel, with options for titanium sleeves and carbon end caps that give it both durability and a sleek, performance-forward aesthetic.
Let’s talk numbers: the racing version trims nearly 4.5 kg (about 9.9 lbs) off the stock exhaust, bringing the total weight down to just 3.6 kg—a serious weight loss that translates directly into sharper handling and increased agility. On top of that, there’s a solid +5.9 HP bump in power, all without needing an ECU flash—impressive gains that improve on-road responsiveness immediately.
The sound is thrilling—a deep, quietly aggressive growl at idle that opens up into a crisp, confident tone when you twist the throttle. It adds a robust character to the Tiger’s already sporty personality, turning every ride into a statement.
Installation was surprisingly easy—everything fit perfectly with no modifications required. The snug fitment not only looks clean but rides even cleaner, enhancing that sporty, streamlined appearance of the Tiger Sport 660.

A total game-changer. Perfect blend of sound, weight savings, power, and style

I recently installed the ZARD Exhaust Full Kit on my 2022 Triumph Tiger Sport 660, and the transformation is remarkable. From the moment I unboxed it, the craftsmanship was evident—the stainless‑steel construction with carbon end cap feels high‑end, and I couldn’t believe how light it is compared to stock, especially with the titanium sleeve variant. Installation was a breeze and it fit perfectly without any modifications
The sound? Deep, powerful, and rich—exactly what a Tiger Sport 660 deserves. It adds Italian flair to an already spirited bike, and every ride now feels more dynamic and alive
Performance improvements aren’t just hearsay—the weight reduction (up to nearly 11 lbs / 4.9 kg depending on the variant) has noticeably sharpened handling, while the power bump (+5.9 HP for the Racing versions) gives that extra kick when opening the throttle. Whether I’m twisting through canyon roads or cruising the highway, the bike feels more responsive, light-footed, and engaging.

Aesthetically, the ZARD kit elevates the bike’s look too. The sleek, compact design lines up beautifully with the Tiger’s sporty profile and adds just the right amount of aggressive elegance
