The "Conical" Slip-Ons for the Triumph Thruxton R/RS 1200, designed and crafted by Officine Italiane Zard, give the bike a unique classic look while enhancing performance and delivering a fuller, deeper sound.

Handmade in Italy, the system consists of two AISI 304 stainless steel silencers, with a stainless steel sleeve and end cap available in either stainless steel or carbon fiber. These high-quality materials ensure strength, durability, and long-lasting performance, all with significantly reduced weight.

With increased power across the entire rev range and a -2 kg (-4.4 lbs) weight reduction compared to the stock exhaust, the Zard Slip-Ons improves the bike's agility and responsiveness, weighing only 3.8 kg (8.4 lbs). The compact design and clean lines blend perfectly with the Thruxton R/RS 1200’s aesthetic, adding character and personality. The bronzed tag, laser-etched, adds a refined touch to the slip-ons’ design.

The system delivers a deep sound that’s fully in line with the Thruxton R/RS 1200’s style. Installation is simple and requires no modifications to the vehicle. The kit is available in a Euro 5 homologated or racing version.

NOTE: The product can also be paired with the Zard decat.

Racing version compatible with Triumph Speed Twin 1200 (2019–23)

I recently upgraded my 2023 Triumph Thruxton RS 1200 with the ZARD “Conical” Slip-On Exhaust, and it has completely elevated the bike. The craftsmanship is flawless—clean welds, lightweight build, and a design that perfectly complements the Thruxton’s café racer styling. Installation was a breeze, with everything fitting right into place.

The sound is exactly what I was hoping for: deep and refined at idle, then opening up into a smooth, throaty roar under acceleration. It gives the bike a more authentic, classic racing tone without being overly loud or intrusive on longer rides.

Performance has also seen a noticeable boost. Throttle response feels sharper, and the midrange pull is stronger, making the bike feel more alive and engaging on twisty roads.

I put the ZARD “Conical” Slip-Ons on my 2021 Triumph Thruxton R 1200, and I’m beyond impressed. The install was quick and easy—everything lined up perfectly. The slip-ons look fantastic, keeping that classic café racer vibe but with a sharper, more premium finish.

The sound is incredible. At low revs, it’s got a deep, burbling tone, and when you roll on the throttle, it turns into a rich, throaty growl that feels right at home on the Thruxton. It’s not obnoxious, but it definitely adds presence and makes every ride more engaging.

On the performance side, throttle response feels tighter, and the bike pulls more smoothly through the midrange. It honestly feels like the Thruxton is breathing better and riding with more personality.

These slip-ons strike the perfect balance of looks, sound, and performance. If you own a Thruxton R or RS, they’re a must-have upgrade.

I recently installed the ZARD “Conical” Slip-On Exhaust on my 2022 Triumph Thruxton RS 1200, and it completely changed the feel of the bike. The design is stunning—sleek, minimalist, and true to the café racer heritage of the Thruxton. The craftsmanship is excellent, with clean welds and a perfect fit that made installation straightforward.

The sound is where this exhaust really shines. At idle, it has a rich, deep tone, and when you open it up, it delivers a throaty growl that makes every ride more exciting. It’s not overbearing, but it definitely adds presence and character to the bike.

Performance-wise, the throttle feels sharper, and acceleration through the midrange is smoother and stronger. The bike feels more responsive overall, making both city riding and longer weekend rides more enjoyable.

If you want an exhaust that improves sound, performance, and style while keeping the classic Thruxton spirit intact, the ZARD Conical Slip-Ons are a perfect choice.

I recently installed the ZARD "Conical" Slip-On Exhaust on my 2022 Triumph Thruxton RS, and it’s everything I wanted in an upgrade—classic style, premium quality, and a truly enhanced riding experience.

The conical design is timeless and fits the Thruxton’s aesthetic like it was made by Triumph themselves. It’s subtle yet distinctive, giving the bike a sleeker, more refined profile. The craftsmanship is excellent—solid construction, flawless finish, and it feels built to last.

But the real game-changer is the sound. It delivers a deeper, throatier tone than the stock exhaust—rich at idle and beautifully aggressive when accelerating. It gives the 1200 twin a voice that matches its performance without being obnoxious.

Performance-wise, I noticed better throttle response and a more immediate feel when opening it up, even without a remap. Installation was simple, with a perfect fit and clear instructions. Took under an hour with basic tools.

If you're looking for a slip-on that combines understated style with impressive sound and subtle performance gains, the ZARD "Conical" is a top-tier choice for the Thruxton RS. It strikes the perfect balance between modern engineering and vintage soul.
