I recently installed the ZARD Decat on my 2022 Triumph Bonneville T100, and the improvement is immediately noticeable. This is the kind of upgrade that doesn’t just tweak your ride—it unlocks the character the bike was meant to have.

First off, the build quality is excellent. The pipe is solid, lightweight, and fits perfectly with the stock components. Installation was straightforward and required no special modifications. Once in place, it looked completely OEM—but with a lot more attitude.

The sound is where this decat really shines. The bike went from a quiet classic to a confident growler. The tone is deeper, fuller, and more engaging without being obnoxious. It finally sounds like a proper British twin.

Performance also got a welcome boost. Throttle response is crisper, and the engine feels noticeably freer through the midrange. After a simple ECU remap, the T100 became smoother and more eager to rev, making daily rides a lot more fun.

If you’re looking to wake up your Bonneville T100 and add some soul to both its sound and performance, the ZARD Decat is a no-brainer. It’s a subtle change with a big payoff.
